Our fantastic family home on wheels is sadly now for sale. She is an excellent medium wheel base Peugeot Boxer, year 2004 Mechanically in brilliant condition, good tires, recent ITV. Ready to go on her next adventure. She is registered as a campervan on the paperwork and the ITV is every 6 x months. She has done 205000km but this will increase as she will be in use until she sells. She also jas air conditioning in the cab. Kitchen – 2 x burner Gas hob (LPG) 6 x litre LPG gas bottle located inside at the back of the van however it has a filling port located outside the van for easy filling. This bottle is enclosed and sealed with ventilation that exits the floor of the van. Good sized kitchen sink with tap (cold water only). The water tank for the sink is located under the van and can be filled from a filling port located on the side of the van for easy filling. This also provides water for the shower. The water tank is 90litres capacity. Good size kitchen counter. 90 litre 12v Dometic fridge with Freezer compartment. Fridge is brilliant and runs off the solar, the freezer compartment also works brilliantly and we often freeze small water bottles, ice cubes etc. Plenty of cupboard space. Extra pull out counter for when you need that extra space when cooking. Large Pantry cupboard plus extra cupboard above the sink and below the sink. Here we also have a cutlery draw and a large draw above the fridge which we use for all sorts of things. Dining area/Main Bedroom The driver and passenger seat swivel round to face the rear seats so 4 x people can sit round the table comfortably. This area makes up a double bed for night time. The bed stores in the back bunk bed. It’s not the easiest bed to make up but it’s very comfortable and strong! The mattress is a good quality, firm mattress 6 inches thick with a memory foam layer for extra comfort. There is a spare water tank located in this area under a small side table. Here you will also find an extra seat that has storage underneath. Here we keep a camping toilet. (Bucket style toilet with seat). You could not fit a normal camping chemical toilet in this area however under the wardrobe there is a pull out draw that you can fit a chemical camping toilet. 12v TV with USB ports and HDMI ports so you can connect ipads, laptops, dvd players etc. The bulk head above the cab has lots of space for extra storage. Here we also have an electrics cupboard and an extra storage cupboard. There are 4 x USB ports with a cigarette lighter charging port located by the table and also 2 x USB charging ports and a cigarette lighter charging port located by the TV. (The TV plugs into the cigarette lighter charging port). Back of the van We have two bunk beds with USB charging ports in each bunk and a small shelf for storage. Under the bottom bunk there are two draws currently used for storing toys etc. There is also a large wardrobe that can fit loads of clothes and seperate draw underneath for shoes etc. (This could be used for a chemical camping toilet). We used to have a chemical camping toilet stored here but found them a lot of work so ended up with a bucket toilet instead. Electrics – The van has two interior lights that fully light up the interior of the van when it’s dark at night. There is also a reading light in the dining area that is less bright and works perfectly as a lamp. The van does not have a plug in option. It runs off solar only however when we are at a campsite and under a thick shade (no sun) we use a battery charger that we plug in to an extension lead to keep the batteries full. When not at a campsite we have sufficient sunlight which keeps the batteries full. The van has 3 x 100 amp hour batteries so plenty of storage to live completely off grid. The van has 2 x 150 watt solar panels located on the roof of the van. 300 watts in total. This runs into a Victron solar controller and here you will also find the 16 x fuse, fuse box. Roof – The van has a large roof rack with roof box used for storing, beach and outdoor things. Umbrellas, chairs etc. There are stairs located on the back doors for easy access. Back of the van – Here we have a bike rack suitable for two bikes. If we open the back doors we create the outdoor shower area. A pole fits between the back doors with a shower curtain to create a shower space. The shower is a Gas shower and only needs a small battery to run it. At present the shower is only cold water as we have never needed hot water however all you need for hot water is an LPG gas bottle. There is an area located at the back under the bottom bunk where you could store this. There are two storage areas under the bottom bunks access from opening the back doors for extra storage. The van also has a Thule awning that creates a large shaded space at the side of the van. She has her pros and cons but all in all is a great vehicle. The price reflects her worth. We are open to offers but sensible offers only. It’s best to see her in person and take her for a test drive!!
